If you’re thinking of buying a project from Godrej, don’t.
You can never be confident of getting possession on time. Godrej Greens, Godrej Park Greens and Godrej Forest Grove in Pune have all faced multi-year delays.
Their projects look horrible too. No aesthetics.
The worst investment I did is buying a property of Godrej- big brand bigger, bigger fraud.
Bought a property in 2023, they told we will get possession in 2026 mid, forget the possession, they are telling they want to add additional floors and that too 8-9 floors, without adding any extra plot to the project.
From past 3 months the CRMs has bullied, disturbed, bribed and what not for us to sign the consent form to modify the RERA, as a person who works a full time job, this kind of harassment takes a toll on mental health, as now I am paying full EMI and possession not sure when they are going to give(maybe 2028(Rera date)), the constructions they have left in mid. For Phase1 owners also they are pushing the handover deadline.
This is so disappointing! and now I am stuck, so whenever you decide to buy a property in Godrej, think 100 times before.

Maharashtra Forest department has permitted felling of 32,490 trees near Karjat for Torrent Power’s 3000 MW Saidongar pumped storage project.
32,490 is not a small number man. Do we not have any other alternative @CMOMaharashtra?

Remove Mumbai and MH is STILL no.1! We have Pune, Nagpur, Nashik, CSN etc. We are the only state with 2 tier 1 cities!
And why remove Mumbai at all? It is ours.

Maharasthra for all its Industrial might will never will be able to match Uttar Pradesh in terms of its political might. The Marathis who dream of seeing Fadnavis as PM will remain a distant dream. Yogi Adityanath loved Pan India and his popularity along with UP’s political might will be enough for him to become PM of India unless he himself decides no to become one.
Also now the growth engine of India is UP & its nearby areas. Mumbai alone cannot save Maharashtra.

Schaeffler India’s CEO & MD was arrested over a Pune factory accident.
Meanwhile, 115+ have died on Pune’s Navale Bridge stretch in 5 years due to flawed design and bureaucratic delays in addressing the issue.
Should the Union Road Transport Minister be arrested over this? Or should we form a committee to study the question?

No PSU’s heads are arrested , even sacked, when accidents happen in their plants but Pvt entities are game since politicians have no stake.
Accidents are unfortunate but how does an MD get arrested directly without proper investigation?
