When Karthi meets subbu in the Bus Stand, it’s Veedu BGM, as if it’s a homecoming.
The BGM on that hill is Nayagan BGM, the one that plays when Kamal sees Saranya sleeping. Ilayaraja has left crumbs for us throughout the movie, there’s a whole another layer there in the BGM score.

Dorothy on Netflix. Impressive screenplay, dialogues, Ilayaraja looms tall over every scene, the BGM, the way it softens in scenes where the characters are pensive and alone, and the way it builds momentum in intense scenes, masterclass. Takes a lot of sensitivity to approach this subject. Rishikanth is good, but Sananth scores big time. Brilliant performance.
