Super intelligence leads to abundance
SpaceX’s Arizona data center, per a county supervisor: “We could be reducing property taxes across the board in Cochise County, the entire county, by 20%”
Frank Antenori, whose district includes the site, brought up the county’s tax math during a live Q&A:
“Here’s just something to just chew on. Arizona has an expenditure limit requirement that is placed on counties. If we exceed that expenditure, we have to rebate back to the taxpayers a certain amount.”
“So, if we’re receiving revenue in from SpaceX, by law, we have to offset that to the taxpayers. We have the potential to reduce, based on the projected revenue they’re creating, as much as 20%.”
“Let me just say it again. We could be reducing property taxes across the board in Cochise County, the entire county, by 20% to offset for the revenue here, because we can’t spend all that money. So, we have to give that money back to the taxpayers. The law says we have to.”
“So, you could see a potential significant impact to local property taxes. What that is, I don’t know. We’re going to have to do the math on it. But the law, if we have this large increase in property tax revenue, we have to balance those rates. So that will reduce dramatically the property tax burden of every resident in the county.”
“The construction sales tax, which also is the TPT, the transaction privilege tax, the retail tax, and the jail excise tax. So that will be part of the construction tax. We could literally use that money to pay the jail off in 2 to 3 years, as opposed to the 13 to 20 years.”
“So this could be a revenue to eliminate the half-cent sales tax in 2 to 3 years. We can get rid of that half-cent sales tax.”
If you want to iterate fast with radically new chip designs, join the Terafab project!
Elon Musk just revealed that Tesla is building a research chip fab at Gigafactory Texas that could reduce semiconductor development cycles from one year to just one month
That's a potential 12 TIMES increase in the speed of chip development
Tesla is building two semiconductor facilities in Texas with distinct purposes:
• Giga Texas, Austin — A research fab for experimenting with new chip designs, fabrication techniques and manufacturing processes
• Terafab, Grimes County — A massive production facility where successful breakthroughs will be scaled into high-volume chip manufacturing
The research fab aims to bring the entire chip development process under one roof:
• Logic fabrication
• Memory fabrication
• Lithography
• Advanced packaging
• Chip testing
Instead of relying on lengthy development cycles spread across multiple facilities, Tesla is working toward designing, manufacturing and testing complete chips in approximately ONE MONTH
That means potentially 12 development cycles in the time it traditionally takes to complete one
Tesla is building the ability to develop its own chips, manufacture them and continuously improve them at a pace the semiconductor industry has rarely seen

Where TF do i get access to qwen 4 ??!!!
Qwen4 wants beers and cigars 🍺
Prompt from @_MaxBlade
-build me a lawn mowing simulator I can smoke a cigar and drink a beer in using three js
it built the whole thing in one session. the camera starts swaying the more beer you drink and you have to drive back to the cooler when you run out

Dear Claude: you are being held back by human-centric graphics APIs.
I've built a 3D and VFX engine where agents can write their own shaders, materials, cameras, physics.
The core API fits in ~2,500 tokens.
Vork is:
• 2x more token-efficient vs Blender, Unreal Engine, Houdini
• Up to 24x faster rendering times
• Rust and Slang based engine, runs on GPU via Metal/Vulkan

ALT The real class struggle isn't capitalists vs workers. It's builders vs administrators. The productive class makes the products, the energy, the homes. The parasitic class lives off that surplus through taxes, permits and paperwork. Bernie Sanders is the perfect example: decades in office, never built anything.
