The base:0x37696cd8f723ce541ac376f79fc109080e505ba3 Cashtag on X points to a token that is not QRL.
The Quantum Resistant Ledger is an independent, post-quantum secure Layer-1 blockchain, live since 2018. QRL is not a token on Base, Ethereum, Solana, or any other chain.
Right now, tapping the QRL Cashtag on X shows the chart for an unaffiliated Base ERC-20, created April 3, 2026, that copies our name and ticker:
0x37696cd8f723ce541ac376f79fc109080e505ba3
This token has no connection to QRL. It already has 92 holders and roughly $6,000 in buyer ETH in its trading pool, people who may believe they bought QRL. Please don't buy it, and don't rely on the QRL Cashtag for price info until this is fixed.
What we've done so far:
- Reported to X Support on Oct 6, followed up Oct 15
- Contacted the Cashtag data partners
- Posted a public warning on Oct 12
What we're asking X:
Map the QRL Cashtag to the native QRL asset, or show it as ambiguous with no default contract
Stop defaulting to any Base contract that uses our name. Dozens of clones exist, so removing one won't solve it.
For those copied FYI:
- Cashtag partners: Please help route this to the team that owns asset mapping
- DEX Screener & Base: Please flag this contract as impersonating QRL
We're glad to provide any verification needed. Proof of the real QRL in the reply below 👇
📢 QRL community, we need your help:
🔁 Repost this so it reaches the right people at X
💬 Reply below if the QRL Cashtag has misled you or someone you know
🚩 Report the token anywhere you see it promoted as QRL
The more visibility this gets, the faster it gets fixed.
Thank you.

Please fix the incorrect $QRL Smart Cashtag mapping on X.
$QRL currently points to an unrelated Base token instead of the native asset of Quantum Resistant Ledger, the original post-quantum-secure Layer-1 blockchain.
Official website: theqrl.org
CoinGecko: coingecko.com/en/coins/quant…
CoinMarketCap: coinmarketcap.com/currencies…
Please investigate the asset mapping and associate $QRL with the legitimate native QRL asset.

10 post-quantum crypto projects worth watching before 2027 👇
recently, i've noticed more attention flowing into post-quantum crypto projects, especially smaller caps focused on quantum-resistant security.
after my previous post about 10 alpha picks on @safetrade, i decided to dig deeper into this narrative.
one thing is becoming clear: quantum security is gradually moving from a long-term concept to actual blockchain development.
NIST standardized its first post-quantum cryptographic algorithms in 2024, and several crypto projects have already started implementing them.
i believe this could become an interesting narrative heading into 2027, particularly for projects that already have working technology.
here are 10 projects on my watchlist:
[1] base:0x37696cd8f723ce541ac376f79fc109080e505ba3 | @QRLedger
– one of the earliest quantum-resistant blockchains, using XMSS signatures since its 2018 mainnet launch.
– built around post-quantum security from day one, with a long operating history.
[2] $QTC | @QuantusNetwork
– launched mainnet in sep 2026 with native ML-DSA signatures.
– combines PoW, post-quantum security and ZK-based transaction aggregation.
– a relatively new pure-play project i'd keep watching as its mining ecosystem and liquidity develop.
[3] algorand:native | @Algorand
– Falcon-based State Proofs have been live since 2022.
– native Falcon-1024 accounts became available on mainnet in aug 2026.
– one of the more established L1s making measurable progress on quantum-resistant accounts.
[4] $NEAR | @NEARProtocol
– introduced ML-DSA transaction signing on mainnet in jul 2026.
– users can add post-quantum access keys to existing accounts.
– its broader roadmap also covers wallet support, consensus and cross-chain security.
[5] $STRK | @Starknet
– experimental Falcon-512 account transactions have already been demonstrated on mainnet.
– account abstraction allows wallets to adopt different signature schemes without a network-wide hard fork.
– still early, but i think this flexibility could become increasingly valuable.
[6] $MCM | @mochimocrypto
– has used WOTS+ hash-based signatures since genesis in 2018.
– another early native post-quantum project with a different security architecture.
– worth watching as more attention shifts toward smaller, crypto-native PQC networks.
[7] $CELL | @cellframenet
– a quantum-resistant Layer 0 focused on decentralized services and infrastructure.
– supports post-quantum signatures, including Dilithium, with a flexible cryptographic architecture.
– an interesting infrastructure play if demand for quantum-safe blockchain services expands.
[8] $QANX | @QANplatform
– building a quantum-resistant, EVM-compatible blockchain.
– uses ML-DSA-based technology and supports smart-contract development across multiple programming languages.
– public mainnet delivery and actual ecosystem adoption remain important catalysts to monitor.
[9] $SUI | @SuiNetwork
– developing native ML-DSA-65 accounts and hash-based quantum-safe vaults.
– targeting testnet support by late 2026 and mainnet account authentication in Q1 2027.
– a larger-cap project with a clear post-quantum development roadmap.
[10] tezos:native | @tezos
– launched Quantumnet, an experimental post-quantum testnet, in sep 2026.
– developers are testing quantum-resistant consensus and network architecture.
– still a research-stage initiative, but a project worth tracking for further upgrades.
---------------------------------
i see two potential opportunities in this narrative.
– smaller pure-play projects like base:0x37696cd8f723ce541ac376f79fc109080e505ba3, $QTC, $MCM and $CELL could attract more speculative attention if post-quantum becomes a stronger market theme.
– established ecosystems like algorand:native, $NEAR, $STRK and $SUI could benefit from making quantum-resistant security available to existing users.
personally, i'll be paying closer attention to projects that can demonstrate real onchain implementation, active development and improving liquidity.
ofc, having post-quantum technology doesn't automatically make a token undervalued. adoption, tokenomics and valuations still matter.
i think this narrative is worth watching into 2027.
10 alpha picks on @safetrade exchange 👇
recently, projects listed on @safetrade have been getting more attention, especially those focused on privacy, post-quantum security, PoW and decentralized compute.
some tokens like $PEARL and tensorcash:native have already shown strong momentum.
i've always believed that liquidity follows attention. when a new narrative starts gaining traction, opportunities often emerge in projects that haven't attracted much attention yet.
SafeTrade is becoming an interesting place to look for early-stage projects, as several tokens get listed there before making their way to larger exchanges.
this morning, i spent some time going through the listings and picked out 10 projects i believe have growth potential.
here's my watchlist:
[1] $PEARL | @prlnet – AI compute & research
[2] tensorcash:native | @Tensorcash – verifiable AI inference
[3] $QUANTUS | @QuantusNetwork – post-quantum security
[4] base:0x9b5e262cf9bb04869ab40b19af91d2dc85761722 | @nockchain – ZK-powered PoW blockchain
[5] $QUBIC | @Qubic – decentralized AI compute
[6] $NPT | @NeptuneCash – privacy & post-quantum cryptography
[7] minotari:native | @tari – PoW ecosystem
[8] $GNK | Gonka – decentralized AI compute
[9] $XEL | XELIS – privacy-focused PoW blockchain
[10] $CLORE | @clore_ai – decentralized GPU marketplace
i'll be keeping an eye on these projects, especially those with active development, growing communities and improving liquidity.
ofc, not every token will perform well, and liquidity is still thin across many SafeTrade pairs.
but if this narrative continues to gain traction, i believe more opportunities could emerge from this list.

Every Solidity contract today is secured by ECDSA – the exact thing quantum computers will break.
QRL offers the exit: bring your code, keep your skills, swap in post-quantum security.
The migration wave hasn't started yet. The bridge is already being built. 🌉⚛️
If you've already put in the work building blockchain projects with Solidity...you shouldn't have to start from scratch to prepare for a post-quantum future.

Most projects are building for the next bull run. But QRL (@QRLedger) is building for the next generation of cryptography.
Years before quantum security became a mainstream discussion, QRL was already working on the problem. Today, it remains one of the few blockchain projects with real-world experience in post-quantum security.
The market often rewards hype first and fundamentals later.
If quantum resistance becomes a priority across crypto, QRL may be one of the projects best positioned to benefit.

Every chain says it is quantum-ready.
A holder can check it in one step: sign with a post-quantum key.
I sorted 18 teams by how far a holder can go with that key today.
Layer 1 · Post-quantum from genesis
@QRLedger: post-quantum native.
@QuantusNetwork: every mainnet transaction is post-quantum signed.
@PQabelian: lattice-based, quantum-secure from day one.
@cellframenet: built to protect funds from quantum threats.
Layer 2 · Upgraded and live
@Algorand: Falcon-1024 accounts, 2.7M+ post-quantum transactions.
@PeraAlgoWallet: rekey an existing account to post-quantum.
@LuteWallet: Falcon accounts with password protection.
@NEARProtocol: ML-DSA signing on mainnet.
@blueshift: Winterwallet, Winternitz vaults on Solana mainnet.
Layer 3 · Testnet
@tezos: Quantumnet, staking with post-quantum keys.
@QANplatform: XLINK pairs EVM wallets with post-quantum keys.
@Starknet: a phone signed an ML-DSA transaction, verified onchain.
@SuiNetwork: ML-DSA-65 signatures in testnet releases.
Layer 4 · Proposals and research
@Aptos: AIP-137, opt-in SLH-DSA signatures.
@ethereum: EF post-quantum team targets L1 resistance by 2029.
@hedera: A post-quantum user key type targeted for 2027.
Bitcoin BIP-360: P2MR outputs drop the exposed key path.
@projecteleven: Strongpoint post-quantum custody.
Signatures move first, and consensus follows.
Chains that let holders rekey in one transaction will carry their users through the quantum migration.
🔥 If you already vibe code Solidity, you can literally ship on QRL 2.0 tomorrow. Hyperion compiler is almost identical. Pure quantum-resistant chain + first-mover advantage. Testnet v3 incoming. Don’t sleep on $QRL 🚀

If you can vibe code in solidity, you can vibe code on QRL 2.0. Solidity and our Hyperion compiler are nearly identical. So yeah, grab that first mover advantage in a pure quantum blockchain space and run with it! Test net v3 is expected soon.

INTEL’S CEO SAYS QUANTUM GOES MAINSTREAM IN THREE TO FIVE YEARS
Lip-Bu Tan said it at a financial conference in Singapore this week. Not a quantum startup raising money, the CEO of the company that built the chip industry. He also noted he personally owns some $IONQ.
Intel missed mobile, and was so late to AI that the US government took a 9.9% stake in the company last year to keep it standing. Tan was brought in to stop it missing anything else.
Intel’s quantum bet is unlike anyone else’s. IonQ traps ions, Google chills superconductors, Infleqtion holds atoms in lasers. Intel makes its qubits out of silicon, on the same 300mm tooling that prints its processors. If the physics scales, Intel can stamp out qubits by the million in fabs it already owns.
A 12-qubit Intel machine went live at Argonne National Lab in January. Next target is hundreds of qubits. Small next to the pure-play roadmaps. The difference is Intel doesn’t need to build a factory first.
Google says useful quantum by 2029, Anthropic says its AI just made the circuits 17x cheaper, the WTO was told encryption has five years, now Intel says three to five. The dates are converging.

Turns out the bots weren't even a secret.
A "PQ Tx Printer" was built openly to make $ALGO look #1 in PQ txns, ahead of $QRL.
If @Algorand knew, that's misleading marketing. If not, they owe a public correction. Crypto media presented it as adoption. It was manipulation.
I am a competitive bastard, so I built a PQ Printer to get Algorand to #1.
What it does is tracks chains that currently have PQ tx, allows you to deposit Algo so tx go brrr, then if you want you can receive coupons that rank you on a leaderboard.

Algorand has the audacity to flex with botted transactions, lol 😂
I analyzed all of them. The truth:
- 99.2% come from wallets that look scripted
- 10 wallets sent 865K txns in 48h, then vanished
$QRL has every wallet and txn quantum-resistant since 2018. $ALGO has... bots.
Algorand is now officially #1 in post-quantum across the entire industry 🥇
Over 2.7 MILLION post-quantum transactions on mainnet, more than any other blockchain on the planet.
Others are still talking about the quantum threat. We've been shipping since 2022, and nobody has caught us.
Ottslayer | Ω retweeted
Thanks to the catch by @Joseph_Kearney, we've updated the transaction count to reflect what is current. That is 6.35M pq-transactions. Seems QRL is still in the lead there as well.
