ATX NEEDLE EXCHANGE- I confronted the Texas Harm Reduction Alliance, thatās been handing out NEEDLES and GLASS PIPES to drug users in Austin.
Turns out theyāve been receiving $5.8 MILLION in city funding, with their executive director acting completely shocked when I mentioned it.
I then pulled up the receipts, forcing them to admit they have indeed been receiving millions since 2021.
THRA is a āharm reductionā center (similar to the programs in San Francisco and Portland that have led to needles and glass pipes littering the street) they state they donāt use city funding to buy said supplies, however, the city is funding their entire organization and multiple surrounding businesses have complained of the drug users that THRA has attracted to the area.
THRA also states that over the last year alone theyāve āsafely disposedā of 36,000+ dirty needles, but refused to respond to my question of where all of these needles came from and how many they distributed vs. cleaned up.
Their ācommunity engagement coordinatorāwho deemed me a āfascistā then decided to try and follow me to my car after I tried to leave.
Distributing drug paraphernalia to active drug users is illegal per Texas law btw, however, this org has been distributing since 2019.

NEW: ICEās Victims of Immigrant Crime Engagement (VOICE) office has released emotional video showing Angel Mom Elizabeth Carter confronting the Indian illegal alien semi truck driver who is charged with killing her son and his newlywed wife in a crash in Oregon last November.
The exchange happened as ICE was transferring RAJINDER KUMAR to state custody in Oregon earlier this month to face charges of two counts of first degree manslaughter and three counts of recklessly endangering another person as a result of the crash. ICE gave Carter a chance to speak to KUMAR in an ICE vehicle before the transfer.Ā

Parth Nayi ran staged stickups at gas stations, liquor stores, and coffee shops all over this country so foreigners could claim they were crime victims and get U visas.
Each of them paid him $5,000 to $30,000. Prosecutors say he pulled in at least $2 million in cash.
Here's what really gets me. The prosecutor only asked for 12 months. The judge had to go higher than the government did.
His fake victims made up a big chunk of a visa program that only allows 10,000 a year. Real victims got pushed to the back of the line by people who paid for a fake gun in their face.
Every one of those robberies meant a 911 call and cops racing to a scene that was pure theater.
So where are the thousands of people who bought their way in? Did they get deported, or are they still holding visas they paid for?
This is how the system gets gamed. Nobody in charge seemed to care until now.
