Many blame the pandemic for why they’re tired. But it’s never the circumstance. It’s always our state of mind. During the pandemic many tuned into energy vampires that drained their positive energy. Now it’s time to look forward, refuel and create the future with optimism.

I believe many parents are getting development backwards. They are spending too much time/effort preparing the path for their child, instead of preparing their child for their path. I get it, no one wants to see their child fail, yet failure is necessary for meaningful growth.

I'm not saying I'm getting old, but one of my favorite hobbies now is "being left alone."

Players: The Questions you should ask yourself: If someone saw me play today
-Did I play with energy, toughness and passion?
-Did I perform?
-Was I a "DUDE" today?
-Did I lock in and COMPETE my ass off?
-Did I play like winning mattered to me?
-Was I marketable?

Sometimes really good teams play like garbage and lose.
- Arizona got murdered by UCLA.
- Kansas got murdered by Kentucky.
- Illinois got murdered by Purdue.
- Purdue got murdered by Michigan.
They're all still good. Super long season, so one game can't impact things too much.

Any store where you could pick up a couple of packs of baseball cards and a new Wiffle Ball bat was straight money.

If you’re really anti-weighted ball, you should never throw a football and everything in your house should weigh 5oz. Every toothbrush, TV remote and pen in your house should be 5oz.
If you’re gonna hate on it, really back it up with some commitment.
