Only 23 kids have played in the Little League World Series and gone on to play in the major leagues. So... If you ARE an elite 12 year old, work hard & play for the love of the game. And... If you ARE NOT an elite 12 year old, work hard & play for the love of the game.

In case you missed it, we were lucky enough to bend @TXBaseballRanch (Ron Wolforth) ear for an hour or so and some real gems came out of this podcast. #springtraining #coaching #baseball #performance #podcast #youthsports teapawt.net/TXBaseballRanch/status…

For the most part, you can throw "sport-specific" out the window in an untrained population. The basic movement and strength foundation - squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull - is pretty universal for all sports.

It baffles me how many parents I see affixed to their phones while their child is receiving an exam in my office. Parents get mad when their kids get sucked into their phone, but a lot are no better. Be better! #TruthHurts #leadbyexample
Pro tip: change your warm up routine from time to time to avoid losing intention with your athletes. The goals might be the same, but the routine might be different. teapawt.net/ryanhorn45/status/9366…
The warm-up isn’t just a formality or obligation it’s an opportunity to train, evaluate, invest & develop your student-athletes. Use it to your advantage. #microdosing
