The biggest problem in democracies today across the world are that, educated/rich/middle class liberals take a word of a politician more seriously than their governance track record, policy or actions to discern a party's ideological stance. It's the height of intellectual dishonesty, laziness and lack of empathy towards minorities to evaluate parties so superficially.

Karnataka State IT/ITeS Employees Union (KITU) has condemned Union Minister Piyush Goyal’s remarks at the India-Netherlands Business Forum, saying they glorify an inhumane work culture.
The union accused the government of echoing corporate demands for longer working hours and warned against eroding labour protections, weekly holidays and work-life balance.
KITU urged workers, trade unions and democratic groups to unite to defend reasonable working hours, workers’ dignity and the right to disconnect after work.

#WATCH | Amritsar, Punjab: Border Range IG Gurpreet Singh Bhullar says, "...Two drug smugglers of a large drug cartel caught with 20.130 kg of heroin. Besides this, 14 sophisticated pistols were also recovered. A total of five arrests have been made in a cross-border gun racket. Sophisticated weapons like two Ziganas, one Glock and twelve .30 bore pistols were recovered. In the drug cartel matter, a man located in Europe who is also a little radicalised is involved...SHO Gharinda's team arrested two men, Uday and Patras, and 10 pistols were recovered from them. They have been involved in cross-border smuggling for a long time now. They were in touch with Pakistan-based smugglers. We feel that there would be further recoveries based on their questioning. Both of them are residents of Tarn Taran. An ex-serviceman, Yuddhveer was also nabbed by Gharinda Police. Two men, Jarmanjot and Saheb Noor. Two pistols were recovered from them. There is a prior Arms Act case from January against Yuddhveer at Gharinda Police Station. All the arrested people are 19-22 years of age...These are 100% drone-dropping. Large quantities of drugs and weapons are being pushed in Indian terrirtory..."
