Grateful to share a heartwarming note from an Indian family in Canada, whose 9-month-old daughter received her visa within a week.
I am in great gratitude to Shri. Sanjay Kumar Verma ji, High Commissioner of Canada @HCI_Ottawa, who has been very supportive and prompt in his responses to expedite my requests to help Indians facing any sort of difficulties in Canada.
Your commitment strengthens our belief in the consulate's dedication to supporting and fortifying our communities. Thank you! @canadainIndia @MeaIndia @IndianDiplomacy

Well noted that issue is much above diplomatic niceties but how long till both the governments get to CONSTRUCTIVE DIALOGUE over division. People of #India & #Canada is awaiting solution, rather than being penalised fr actions of few. @vikramsahney @DrSJaishankar @JustinTrudeau
How can you stop all indo canadians coming to india ? Do all of them are separtists or support such an ideology. Certainly NO... To punish such a large Diaspora by not granting them visas even for exigencies & in festival season for sake of certain handful fringe elements will be a gross mistake and may alienate our own people . Let Good sense prevail and we deal with these two issues separately as common punjabis at large are true indians. Lets not punish them @DrSJaishankar @narendramodi

Today's time call upon moving from Gandhi ji's 'Teen Bandar' to his 'Teen Jantar'
Today on the 154th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma, lets get a grasp on those and see how we can adopt them and adapt for greater good
1. *Means are as Important as the Ends*
2. *There should be No difference between your words and Actions*
3. *Every Decision should be made considering its impact on the last laymen of the society*
Lets not restrict ourselves to Gandhi ji with his photo on the note and his statues on cities and roads. Aspire for the real Gandhi, in his ideas which are immortal and are of relevance for our day to day conduct.
