As a public company CEO, I'm pro tokenization of our stock for a simple reason: I want more people to own it. Why would I alienate a potential new category of shareholders? It's just bad business. Meet the customer where they are.

Feel like 1975-2000 was the 'The Age Of Qualifications' - if you had the right degree, or certification, or etc, you could make tons of money... Then 2000-2025 was 'The Age Of Skills' - suddenly the internet had flattened everything, and qualifications weren't as important, but skills like SEO, or paid ads, or website design, or video editing, or coding- were suddenly extremely valuable. And now we're entering the next age, which will be defined by the advent of AI... And I think this will be 'The Age Of Magnetism' - And what will matter most is not any qualifications you have or any specialized skills you have... But rather your inherent qualities as a person, and your ability to instill trust or hope or excitement or some other feeling in other people on an interpersonal level... Are you smart? Are you intellectually curious? Are you creative? Are you disciplined? Are you wise? Are you charismatic? Are you interesting? Do people like you? Its sort of like Nietzsche's quote on being 'a herald of the lightning'... The 'lightning' today is our humanity (in this age of infinite machines), and those who can embody this humanity and remind others of their own humanity will thrive the most in it. This doesn't mean everyone needs to be a philosopher or influencer or something - but what it means is that, when everyone has equal footing via armies of AI agents and robots, the defining variable becomes this sense of 'magnetism', and the ability to attract other humans to your endeavors.
