SIR PATRICK STEWART (1940-2026)
Before everything else, Patrick was defined by being born and bred in Yorkshire, the proud county in the north of England which he loved to the end. You could hear it in his accented voice and in the stern honesty with which he told you what he thought and felt. Yorkshiremen have no truck with half-truths or avoidance of big issues. He wore his heart on his sleeve, which made him a man to rely on, to admire and in my case, love.
We first met as ambitious young actors with the Royal Shakespeare Company half a century ago but we werenβt in the same productions. My first strong memory was a few years later, meeting him in the street in central London when he told me about an offer to take over a leading part in 'Star Trek'. βBut Patrick think of your stage career in the UK. Do you really want to riskβgetting lost in Hollywood for years and years?β. Well, he took the risk and thank goodness for us all that he did for not just his devoted Trekkies but film and theatre audiences, who marvelled at his using international celebrity to star in a string of cinema successes ('X-Men' of course) and in great classical plays by Shakespeare, Ibsen, Arthur Miller, Peter Shaffer, Pinter and Beckett at Stratford-upon-Avon, in Londonβs West End and on Broadway.
America was his adopted home, where he met his adored Sunny who has cared for him through sickness and health, through thick and thin. But he never forsook his origins: and the proudest achievement of the most respected and beloved actor of his generation on either side of the Atlantic, was his appointment as Chancellor of Huddersfield University in Yorkshire.
His farewell performance in 'Avengers: Doomsday' is yet to be seen.

Eric Bauza was a treasure. The sad thing is that Coyote vs ACME will be one of the last time we hear voice the classic iconic characters. π’
He was far too young. He will definitely be missed.

Even this hour has 22 mins had a sketch ready because they knew Alberta wouldn't vote to leave Canada.
Well it is very clear my province of Alberta is overwhelmingly telling the separatist movement to take a hike.
Proud of my fellow Canadians in the province for coming out and putting this issue to rest.
Of course though the fight for the real issues and struggles continue.

Fucking legend @ZelenskyyUa
"The restrictions have been lifted. We've had enough" - Zelenskyy says Ukraine is ready to resume strikes on Russian oil refineries.
In an interview with the Financial Times in London, the Ukrainian President expressed outrage at the dangerous reduction in intelligence data provided by the United States, as well as the simultaneous deterioration in the performance of the Starlink satellite internet service - all during a period of intense Russian attacks.
Zelenskyy noted that Kyiv had suspended attacks on Russian oil refineries for three days to comply with Washington's demands, but Moscow continued to bombard Ukraine during that period.
"The restrictions have been lifted. We've had enough," he said.
Zelenskyy also criticized Washington's desire to conduct business deals with Moscow and the apparent admiration of President Donald Trump for Vladimir Putin.
Fucking Legend. βοΈπββοΈπβπ
Jim Bakker died. Oh. Anyways, what to have for breakfast...?
Joking aside, he's a vile con artist who didn't suffer the full consequences of his actions. Definitely not mourning his ass.

The Durupinar site was first found in 1948, and has been claimed (& disproven) to be the resting place of Noahβs Ark in 1959, 1977, 1985, 1988, 1994, 1996, 2017, 2019, 2021, 2023 & 2025. Itβs also 18 miles (30km) away from Mt Ararat.
Love,
Science
Yesterday, Noahβs Ark Scans released Dr. Bakhtarβs report confirming that whatever lies beneath the surface of the boat-shaped formation is NOT geological and is a manmade structure.
The evidence is overwhelming, and once the samples get back from the lab, itβs time to demand changes in the curriculums being taught to our children.
Evolution is a LIE!

This is the first time Danielle Smith has openly admitted that there are separatists in her caucus, and given Dreeshen's refusal to state his position, likely her cabinet as well.
