In July, the House voted 216-212 to pass a national defense authorization act that takes a huge step towards meshing the U.S. and Israeli militaries.
Instead of ending military aid, they’re moving it into the Pentagon budget, and mandating more integration with the Israeli military, not less.

A polling place in Leavenworth County, Kansas, ran out of ballots Tuesday around 8 a.m., according to officials with the Kansas Secretary of State’s Office.
Due to a county clerk clerical error, 100 paper ballots were ordered for the Linwood Community Building instead of 100,000, officials said.
