You can’t really argue with Kane IMO. However, Messi coming 5th above Olise, Bellingham, Kvara and Haaland is utterly ridiculous. Adore the man but it’s a bit silly.

The fact that this post has - somehow - caused any level of debate just serves as a reminder of the absolute meltdown people have when anything goes in favour of Rangers. A stonewall red card by every possible metric.

I remember watching my first ever game of football as well mate. Albeit, I was five.

Nope, the lad plays the ball and Raskin immediately cuts across him. The game is being turned into a womans sport.

It’s a solid and well thought out argument, but I can’t see it going too far.

Chris Graham was in charge of VAR for this goal last season. Today’s (lack of) decision in play is starting to make more sense 👌🏻

Thought I told you to go and read the rules before replying again, no?

He was not even tackling Raskin. He won a tackle, slid on a very wet surface & collided with the player. Not sure what he was supposed to do but but thanks dad. Oh & I NEVER mentioned Rangers. I am wound up because of what the VAR/REF did, not who we were playing. Yours Dafty...

Probably be wise for Gordon here to go and read the rules before trying to respond again. St Johnstone’s manager isn’t complaining about it, because he presumed HAS read said rules. Don’t feel the need to get so wound up just because it’s Rangers, you look daft son.

away an stop havering shite laddie. Raskin isnae even in his line when he slides in and clearly gets the ball. How in fucks names can he avoid colliding with Raskin when Raskin suddenly runs in front of of him as he slides through the wet grass...Utter nonsense decision..

Agreed. Anyone who doesn’t think that’s a red card is absolutely fucking at it 😂
Amazing how many in our support (from what I can see) didn’t think that’s a red card 🤷🏻‍♂️ There’s a definite difference in our support with things like this compared to other teams support. I think it probably hasn’t helped us over the years either.

Played brilliantly for 45 minutes, poorly for 15 and we were absolutely fine for the last half hour. Don’t believe anyone who tries to dress it up any more negatively than that.

Oh, and the referee didn’t even give a foul. Can’t we have just one day of referees acting like normal professionals in a game involving Rangers, no?
Lengthy VAR check for one of the most straightforward red cards you’ll see. Very odd.

Tom Skerritt was pure class; every time he stepped in front of a camera, he delivered. Once described as a “character actor locked in a leading man’s body,” he made it all look effortless. Rest easy, Viper.

Dundee playing at absolute top gear last night, while Hearts haven’t bothered to turn up today. A story we’ve seen so often domestically. Hopefully, this reiterates to our own players that their levels cannot drop again this season.

A little bit of perspective. The absolute meltdown over every dropped point isn’t helpful, and less so after the recent run.
Obviously it's shite not to win and everyone's raging at numerous stuff ( justifiably in some cases 🤣) But 7 wins and a draw in our last 8 games It's not the worse run, hopefully the players take the knock and tidy up the daft mistakes and get going for another winning run

As fair as you’ll get. I’d you’d offered me six wins and a draw in the seven after Hibs, I’d have taken it. Can’t win them all, but lessons to be learned.
You can't win every game across a season but it's so frustrating to concede points in such an avoidable fashion after a much better second half performance. A real disappointment but there will always be bumps in the road. Hopefully a lesson learned for players and manager.

Actually laughed out loud at how accurate this is.
Being a dad is just telling yourself “it’s been an expensive month, we’ll get back on track next month” over and over again until you die

Not surprised by that City win today, never really bought the accepted narrative that their players would shrink at Anfield today. A weirdly subdued home crowd didn’t help either. Whether it means anything or not is still to be seen, which is why a verdict is needed ASAP.
