Hi everyone, I’m Marvellous, some of you know me as Ini. I’m a few months from finishing my MPH at NYU. I planned for this year with a student loan and a summer internship but it didn’t come through. Then this month, MPOWER shut down. I was on their waitlist. #FundDrMarvellous

Muslims, let's stop lying to ourselves. Most Muslim countries are not tolerant of other religions. In Saudi Arabia, a Christian can't build a single church. In Pakistan, mobs burned more than 20 churches in one day in Jaranwala over a blasphemy rumour. In Iran, Baha'is are barred from university just for what they believe. Meanwhile the UK has nearly 2,000 mosques, and nobody is burning them down. We demand tolerance everywhere we're the minority. Then refuse to give it everywhere we're the majority. That's not faith. That's hypocrisy.

I think Muslims need to understand something uncomfortable. Non-Muslims do not owe Muhammad their respect. They do not believe he was a prophet, and some do not even consider him a good man. You can disagree with them, but you cannot demand that they see him the way you do. Your reverence for someone does not create an obligation for the rest of the world to revere him. So, are we going to kill everyone who insults Muhammad, or are we going to learn to practise our religion in a world where not everyone shares our beliefs? Because the world is not going to become Muslim just to protect our feelings. We have two choices: learn to live with our differences or spend our lives fighting a world we cannot control. You cannot force people to love your prophet by making them afraid to criticise him. You can only teach them to fear those who claim to love him.

Service providers juggle bookings, payments, and customer chats across 5 different apps. That’s the actual problem. So I built a mobile application to bring all parts of their business into one app. Built end-to-end from design to development by me.

The question should be: Who told you one gender is superior to or more deserving of rights than the other? When women talk about equality, you think we are talking about physical strength? Men have never had to fight for the right to be men. They didn't have to prove they were human enough to deserve rights, opportunities, education, or a voice in society. Yet women have had to fight for many of these things. So, who decided that women should have less in the first place? Equality is simply saying, “I deserve to be treated as a human being, with the same dignity, rights, and opportunities as you.” I am not less because I am a woman. I am human before I am a woman. My rights are not privileges you grant me. They are not favours you can withdraw. And they are certainly not up for negotiation.
I’m genuinely asking: do women actually know what it means to be equal to men?

We're bringing 100 Founders into the woods for 14 days to compete for millions of $. Our goal is simple: get as many of these Founders from $0 to Revenue in just 14 days. But there's a twist: We're making it a reality show - teams will compete Squid Games x Shark Tank style for an oppty to pitch Tier 1 VCs for millions of $ at the end. We'll teach them our entire playbook we used to Build in Public to $40M ARR. And we're bringing top Entrepreneurs like GaryVee, Daymond John, Sophia Amoruso and Zach Yadegari to mentor everyone. We're here to prove one thing: Anyone, anywhere can change their life and make millions if they just have the hustle. And we're here to help them. Let's go have some fun 😈 Hope you tune in!

Everyone in Nigeria has a location. Now every location has a postcode. Today, NIPOST launches the National Digital Postcode System, and I’m speaking to you from the heart of it: our new GIS lab, where every corner of Nigeria is being mapped and coded. No more “turn left after the blue gate.” Your postcode connects you to deliveries, e-commerce, emergency services, banking and government services, wherever you are. After a successful pilot in Abuja, it’s now live nationwide. Know your postcode: postcode.gov.ng Proud to lead the team building infrastructure that puts every Nigerian on the map. My deepest gratitude to President @officialasiwajubat for his vision and support under the Renewed Hope Agenda, and to the Hon. Minister @bosuntijani , whose leadership in building Nigeria’s digital economy made this possible. Thank you to the NIPOST @nipostngn family, our partners, and every Nigerian who joined the exercise . This is national infrastructure built by Nigerians, for Nigerians. #KnowYourPostcode #NIPOST #DigitalPostcode #NigeriaAt66 #DigitalNigeria IndependenceDay

My fellow black men shaaaa… Sometimes I dey truly wonder wetin value mean to una for this una tech space for naija. Somehow somehow, una no see the FREE MENTORSHIP PLATFORM wey we build for Nigerians wey truly wan learn fullstack development but dem no fit afford expensive training. Una no see when over 500 people join, just 3 wks ago... Una no see when the number plenty reach where I come online publicly to beg other experienced developers say make them join me mentor these people. And people actually answered. Developers are giving their time presently. Mentors came in. We built structure. We created lessons. We gave assignments. We are reviewing work. We created projects. People dey learn. FOR FREE. Still going on till next year February or March after which we will repeat the same process again. If you doubt, see workings here: digihubtechsolution.com/ment… Somehow somehow, una no see all those things o. Some of you have watched my videos and finally understood concepts wey you don read three articles and watch five YouTube videos about before. Some of you became better engineers because one two minutes explanation i did in my vid made something finally click in ur mind. Somebody somewhere probably fixed a security problem in their product because of something I taught freely in my videos. Somebody wrote better backend code and understood system design differently. Somebody entered tech because this man speaking Pidgin convince am say dis things no actually pass their brain. All of that was valuable abi. But because you didn't pay for it, somehow, e became invisible. Then the same person say my full-stack software engineering program na ₦1M with one year of structured learning, serious access, guidance, accountability, projects, hands-on teaching. And another year of mentorship afterwards. Suddenly na “Daylight robbery”... shior And that reaction has made me think about something o. Maybe sometimes our problem is not that something is too expensive. Maybe our problem is that we have become so used to receiving people's knowledge for free that the moment they attach a price to deeper access, we feel betrayed. Think about that. A person can teach you freely for years… build free resources… mentor hundreds of people… answer questions… make difficult engineering concepts easier… and the day that person creates a premium product, suddenly all the previous contribution disappears. That mindset na witchcraft o. Because free knowledge and paid expertise no dey quarel. In fact, sometimes the paid work is what makes the free work sustainable. And this one no even be about weda make you pay ₦1m. YOU DON'T HAVE TO MY CHIEF. Maybe the program is not for you. Maybe you cannot afford it. Maybe you prefer yt. Maybe you can teach yourself. All of that is completely fine baba. But there's a big difference between “this is outside my budget.” and “anybody charging this amount is robbing people.” Those two statements are not the same thing. One is about your financial reality. The other is a judgment about someone else's value. And as engineers (if you truly sabi the work), you should be intelligent enough to know the difference. Because if the only tech education we respect is the one that is free...omo one day we fit wake up see say we don build community wey everybody want value, but nobody believes the people creating that value deserve to be paid. And that is not progress o, na entitlement wey use enlightenment cover body be dat. So no just dey type anyhow like say no be that same brain you dey use to write software, ASK BETTER QUESTIONS What exactly is being offered, duration, level of access, curriculum, what mentorship, accountability, what will be the outcome of the program etc? Then decide if the value make sense to you. Na so serious people dey evaluate things. And bcos something expensive to you no automatically make am exploitation. Sometimes… e just mean say no be every product be ur product

Rasheedat was an absolute pleasure to work with 😅 The design direction couldn’t have been a better fit for her personality and work.
I saw another developer’s portfolio some weeks ago and I wanted to hire them even though I had no job offer. I knew I wanted something like that for myself. A portfolio that feels intentional and tells MY story. Built with Claude code Check it out 🔗: rashedatjinadu.com/
