The way reason sees it, Dems were taking preventive actions against the violence committed by ICE. You’re blaming Democrats for locking the doors when you should be blaming ICE for harming people. It seems very cut and dry, but just because I know it’s simple doesn’t mean u do.

I've become pretty politically agnostic over the years, so this is the last thing I'll say about it. I'm genuinely looking forward to watching all these awful things MAGA insists are now going to happen… not happen. Maybe then it'll become a little more obvious that the boogeymen, fear tactics, and endless “us versus them” mentality are exactly what's wrong with politics in the first place. Fear isn't a political platform. And division shouldn't be a strategy.
