When you have a big dream, accept the challenges, but never allow the pressure to consume you.Everything has its time. Remind yourself that the vision is bigger than you,God gives you the responsibility to lead, build and create opportunities that will benefit others.Never think you know more than everyone else, that you are superior or that you are more special. Be patient. Be humble. Be genuine.Stay focused, pray, fast & trust the process. In 2022,when I first began dreaming about what would become BA ELITE GROUP,I reminded myself of these principles during five days of dry fasting. One question kept coming to my mind,WHY? Why this vision? Why this responsibility? Why me? That question continues to remind me that a great vision is not about personal greatness,it is about purpose, responsibility & the lives we can positively impact.Stay faithful to the purpose.Let God guide the journey. #FromIringaTanzania #TrustTheProcess

Africa cannot achieve industrial transformation without energy security and modern mobility. We must invest in both, build our own technologies and manufacture our own vehicles. The future must not only be powered in Africa,it must be built in Africa.

Young people have the ideas, energy & ambition to change the world, but potential alone is not enough.Too many are still struggling to access education, employment, skills and opportunities to contribute. We must do more than encourage them,we must open doors, trust their abilities and give them a seat at the table. The future belongs to all of us & young people deserve a genuine opportunity to shape it.

@baelitewear plays a strategic role in building the brand identity of @baelitegroup Beyond fashion,it brings our wider portfolio into public view, giving our vehicles, mobility solutions, energy technologies, intelligent systems and accessories a distinctive brand presence.
