New Modern homes in Melbourne, Victoria. Indian builders are building & selling these disasters to unknowing victims. They are signed off by Indian building inspectors. I have toured some of these homes & a friend & others I know have sadly purchased homes like this & they have had nothing but constant issues. When they finally come out to repair issues, they only make the problems worse. Iโ€™ve never seen anything like it. There are entire estates of these nasty, 3rd world builds. Buyers beware. We used to have standards in Australia. Something has to be done NOW.
