It's almost like a bunch of people with money in their eyes get in the way of everything in America or something.
You know what's even better than getting a bag? Getting aware that chasing bags is a lifelong trap set up for most of society by a very small group of extremely rich people. I don't have any solutions after that. We live in a very sad time.

(Please do not take this as a criticism of you directly. Everyone has bills to pay. It's just so incredibly, deeply depressing. Don't forget to drink your Ovaltine, kid.)

My favorite part of modern YouTube is watching someone's video essay analyzing a major issue in the modern world get put on hold for an ad break from, I don't know, fuckin' MeUndies or whatever. Truly dark shit.
We don't talk enough about how incredibly weird it is that Grand Theft Auto -- a game steeped in and parodying a snapshot of current American culture -- is creatively led by hundreds of Scottish people in Edinburgh.
Yes, the publicist was lying. Of course they were lying. The very nature of publicists/pr people is to lie. It is their profession. They were lying from the moment they woke up in the morning. Anyone writing anything in a journalistic publication should know this.

Your FIRST?! Is everywhere else not absolutely rife with this shit? NYC is slammed with them. Every deli/bodega has their own horrific poster with fake food.

Longtime dog owner here (with a 45-pound medium guy, too!) I only buy Kong products. Not indestructible, but certainly less worry about it hurting the dog. Can be loaded with treats or not.

I was told many years ago that there are no permanent Konami email addresses. The few contacts I ever had there had email addresses that contained random numbers. They always seemed like one of those Japanese devs that was entirely inaccessible if you weren't Japanese.

I don't think "strange" is the word for it. That seems unfair, and this comes across as, "People are lonely." more than anything else.
I realize that the correct response to this situation isn't apathy, but it's *real, real hard* to feel much else.
We find ourselves once again in a situation where both candidates prioritize corporate interests over people, speak like robots, and uphold the status quo.
I can't imagine why most people don't vote.
I'm sure there are business robots out here who don't take rude shit personally, but I'm still a human unfortunately.
My favorite business thing is when someone says some super rude shit to you, and you act like they said some super rude shit, and then THEY get upset that you "took it personal."

You've gotta remain vigilant, even though he always wins. That bastard.
Have you ever heard the expression "don't leave money on the table?" That financial advice isn't just for people worried about The Money Goblin, who comes at night to eat your table money - it can even apply to a kid who doesn't want to get taken and sold by The Money Goblin.
Have you heard the expression "don't leave money on the table?" That financial advice isn't just for salary negotiations – it can even apply to a kid going into college.
Don't leave money on the table -- even when choosing a college
