#1 Admit you are religious, and run a religious organization comparable to the Christian ones that the schools host.
#2 Admit that you are not religious, and that the use of "Satan" and religious terminology are in mockery of Christianity.
If an atheist chooses #1, they admit they are just as religious as anyone else. If they choose #2, their club is founded only in a mockery of an existing religious club and this kind of club, since admittedly not a religion, shouldn't fall under any kind of religious freedom provision.
