👇GOP Senator Seeks Probe Into Russian Oligarch Paying For Trump Jr. Wedding share.google/xotgEiFFmTvpqBI…
If it looks like a bribe and smells like a bribe, it probably is a bribe.
Bribing a Member of Parliament is an offence under Section 141.1(1) of the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth), which carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison.
Have a look at what is being alleged and decide for yourself if this is a bribe:
💥David Farley has admitted be previously supported Labor, so Albanese knew that Farley might be induced to leave One Nation.
💥Albanese invited One Nation MP David Farley to a series of unsolicited private meetings.
This is highly unusual—Prime Ministers rarely (if ever) invite backbenchers from opposition parties to private meetings.
💥Albanese then offered David Farley $200,000 p.a. of additional staffing allowances.
How is this not an attempt provide a benefit to Farley to to influence him in his duties as a Member of Parliament by offering him such a benefit?
Not only is the Albanese regime the worst in our nation’s history, they are also the most corrupt.

Andrew Hastie and Angus Taylor were absent for the Digital Duty of Care bill vote. Is anyone really shocked?
This is exactly why so many people walked away from the Liberal Party, there was no real difference between the two major parties, and when it mattered they disappeared or reneged.
Disappointing, but not unexpected. Just a validation of my decision.

The University of Sydney has officially lost the plot. Hiring Jacinda Ardern to teach “public leadership” and “social cohesion”
Are they serious?
This is the same leader who fractured New Zealand with some of the harshest, most authoritarian lockdowns and vaccine mandates in the world, leaving a trail of wrecked businesses, ruined careers, and massive economic fallout that Kiwis are still suffering from today.
Even the Royal Commission admitted her policies hammered social cohesion and the economy.
Appointing her isn't education, it’s a textbook example of academic capture and institutional echo chambers.
What kind of “indoctrination” is actually going to take place in these classrooms?
Are students being trained in actual public service, or are they just learning the blueprint for state mandated overreach, censorship, and crushing dissent under the guise of “kindness”?
Syd Uni is completely out of touch with reality, choosing elite virtue signalling over genuine merit.
Parents and taxpayers should be demanding answers about what is actually being taught at this institution.

The climate crisis agenda was built upon a predicted global warming scenario, now widely recognised as 'implausible'.
The Earth is not facing runaway warming.
First introduced in 2011 to guide policy, this extreme high-emissions projection - known as RCP8.5 (and later SSP5-8.5) - predicted a 5.5°C temperature rise by 2100. This misleading scenario was used to create subsequent dramatic news headlines for over a decade.
With the retirement of the extreme 5°C baseline ahead of the 7th Assessment Report (AR7), the ceiling for high-emissions projections has dropped significantly. The IPCC’s high-end baselines have been downgraded towards a 3.3°C ceiling - but even this appears to be implausible.
The flaws in this runaway warming scenario lies in the record of Earth's long climate history. The world exists within a long-term ice age regime that has spanned 34 million years. Current temperatures are actually 9°C 'colder' than the planet's 24°C average across the past 485 million years (Judd et al., Science 2024).
The current average temperature stands at approximately 15°C. This already low ceiling reflects a modest increase of up to 1.4°C over the past 250 years since the start of the Industrial Revolution. It also shows that increases in CO₂ do not automatically trigger runaway temperatures.
Earth’s climate system is amazingly complex, and is driven by multiple interacting variables. The principal driver of our current ice age cycle lies in orbital anomalies known as Milankovitch cycles, while global surface temperatures remain a composite of distinct regional dynamics.
Far from causing ecological collapse, the atmospheric CO₂ rise of just over 100 ppm has actually driven a substantial expansion of global leaf area across previously sparse terrain. Certain crop yields have surged, a phenomenon confirmed worldwide via NASA satellite vegetation data.
At roughly 420 parts per million, CO₂ remains a trace gas - still among the lowest concentrations in geological history. The atmosphere is more than 99.9% nitrogen, oxygen, and argon, while atmospheric water vapor exceeds CO₂ concentrations many times over.
A deceptive, anthropogenic CO₂-driven warming narrative had been heavily promoted by the United Nations and it's agencies, the World Meteorological Organization and the IPCC. This served as the foundational justification for Net Zero mandates.
In practice, it forced the premature dismantling of reliable hydrocarbon energy infrastructure across most Western nations. The downstream result has been widespread economic decline and a historic transfer of industrial capacity to Beijing.
China now produces roughly 90% of the world's wind turbines, solar panels and critical processing components. Many consider this to be the greatest transfer of wealth in world history.
However, it also suggests the world faces a vast and unpredictable geopolitical shakeup.

LEGAL ACTION AGAINST SENATOR NICK McKIM & THE GREENS ACCEPTED BY AUSTRALIAN HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION
The Australian Human Rights Commission has formally accepted my legal complaint against Senator Nick McKim and the Australian Greens under sections 18C and 18E of the Racial Discrimination Act 1975.
The complaint concerns Senator McKim's public statement that the Australian Government had been “captured by Zionist interests”.
Jeremy Leibler, President of the Zionist Federation of Australia, warned McKim that his words invoked an ancient antisemitic trope: Jews secretly controlling governments and political institutions.
A vile conspiracy theory notoriously propagated by Nazi Germany.
Following the Bondi massacre, in which 15 innocent people were murdered at a Jewish Chanukah celebration, such language is particularly dangerous.
Rather than apologise, withdraw his words and lower the temperature, Senator McKim deliberately repeated the allegation, declaring it “the truth”.
The Greens have been here before.
NSW Greens MP Jenny Leong previously apologised after her remarks about the “Jewish and Zionist lobby” and its “tentacles” reaching into positions of influence prompted a Human Rights Commission complaint.
A Zionist is a person. Criticising beliefs is fundamentally different from vilifying the people who hold them.
As Justice Nettle emphasised in Catch the Fire Ministries Inc v Islamic Council of Victoria Inc [2006] VSCA 284 [34]:
“It is essential to keep the distinction between the hatred of beliefs and the hatred of their adherents steadily in view.”
Criticising Israel or Zionism can constitute legitimate political debate. But political debate does NOT provide immunity for racial vilification through antisemitic stereotypes.
The NSW Court of Appeal confirmed in Jarrett v State of New South Wales [2026] NSWCA 62 [104] that laws addressing racial hatred, incitement and violence continue to apply even at authorised public protests.
Freedom of political communication is NOT a licence to break the law.
My complaint concerns Senator McKim’s deliberate republication of his words outside Parliament. The Australian Human Rights Commission has formally accepted the complaint for consideration.
Australia has witnessed an alarming escalation in antisemitism, culminating in the Bondi massacre. The horrific attack on Dr Helen Haines MP has also raised serious concerns about political violence.
Australia does NOT lack laws to confront racial hatred or political violence. It lacks the consistent enforcement of those laws and accountability when they are ignored.
If governments and police will not enforce existing laws, I will continue to seek accountability through the legal system.
No politician - and no member of the public - is above the law.
