South Africans DID NOT LEARN anything from the American Elections. NO ONE is saying that Immigration is NOT a SUBSTANTIVE ISSUE, BUT the point is that it is NOT the issue that dominates LOCAL GOVERNMENT elections. To win, one has to SOLVE the MOST SUBSTANTIVE ISSUE on the BALLOT!

Namibia has launched its first state-owned air ambulance service to get critically ill and injured patients to hospitals more quickly.
The service uses a specially fitted Learjet that serves as a flying intensive care unit, backed by helicopter support from the police and defence force.
It is designed to move patients from remote areas to referral hospitals and cut down on long road journeys.
