Same. I was so skeptical after falling so hard for Codex, but CC projects are amazing and Opus 5.5 is soooo much better at talkin good. Doc collab for planning is also a sleeper.

Super interested in this Kent! I was thinking about building something similar recently, but would rather just use yours if it’s what I think it is (shared memory and ways to have external systems trigger my harnesses to do things). I’d love to give feedback.
Cake now has sharing! Shared Cake projects include the layers, prompts and edits that lead to the final image, even without logging in.
This feature motivated me to build Cake in the first place, so I hope you’ll try it out.

My side project is out! Cake is a generative art workspace like no other. Not a chat bot, not a node workflow.
It's built around a layer interface, just like Figma. More exploratory, less pain.
Simple, fair pricing. One subscription, lots of models (including Grok @imagine).
seems obvious but:
things that are changing rapidly:
1. context windows
2. intelligence / ability to reason within context
3. performance on any given benchmark
4. cost per token
things that are not changing much:
1. humans
2. human behavior, preferences, affinities
3. tools, integrations, infrastructure
4. single core cpu performance
therefore,
ngmi:
1. "i found this method to cut 15% context"
2. "our method improves retrieval performance 10% by using hybrid search"
3. "our finetuned model is cheaper than opus at this benchmark"
4. "our harness does this better because we invented this multi agent system"
5. "we're building a memory system"
6. "context graphs"
7. "we trained an in house specialized rl model to improve task performance in X benchmark at Y% cost reduction"
wagmi:
1. product/ui
3. customer acquisition
4. integrations
5. fast linting, ci, skills, feedback for agents
6. background agent infra to parallelize more work
7. speed up your agent verification loops
8. training your users, connecting to their systems and working with their data, meeting them where they are

So many sliders to tweak! Thanks for making it open source.

Two launches in one week? You bet!
Our goal is to make Mem the easiest way to remember something, and today we're making it possible to feed Mem with information from across all of the apps you already use every day.

I've witnessed countless people set up the "AI Sandwich" (shoutout @jebank for coining the term 😅), where they:
Take information from one place > Transform it with AI > Save it somewhere else
I'm excited to say: You can now make an AI Sandwich right from your email inbox. 🤖🥪
Our inboxes are filled with things we want to remember: travel confirmations, newsletters, customer emails.
Now you can forward them to [email protected] and let AI turn them into beautiful, searchable notes.
Introducing Mem It via Email—The easiest way to save information from your inbox.

It would be cool if one of these “Drones from WalMart in Dallas” providers actually materializes, but for now my house (right in the midst of Dallas) is on yet another waitlist.

At the start of this year, we set a goal to become the most dependable—and smartest—note taking app available.
One that entrepreneurs, academics, and creatives alike could rely on to organize and unlock their best thinking.
Building toward this has been anything but easy...
Introducing Mem 2.0: our biggest update ever, coming later this year.
We’ve been hard at work on an entirely rebuilt version of Mem that incorporates all the feedback we've heard from community members like you.

How much did Big Cake pay you for this tweet? Not everyone wants to perpetuate the confectionary hegemony you know.
