It isn’t a contradiction though… Romans 10 is talking about actually believing in Christ and calling on Him in faith. Matthew 7 is talking about people who SAY “Lord, Lord” but never actually knew Him. Jesus literally says “I never knew you” right after that. And Acts 2:39 doesn’t even say “only the people God chooses get saved.” That’s somebody’s made up summary of the verse.
