- Spending time together through walks, cycling, gym visits and driving strengthens their relationship
- Rockstar declined to confirm whether Jason and Lucia can get married
- Police track your appearance, clothing, weapons, CCTV footage and whether you had a partner
- Changing clothes, dropping weapons or splitting up can help evade police
- Some drivers surrender during carjackings, while others fight back with weapons
- Expensive vehicles can contain GPS trackers that reveal your location to police
- Police use spike strips and K9 units that can physically pin you down
- During getaways, you can let your partner drive while you shoot at pursuing vehicles
- NPCs can fight back during robberies, including bystanders attempting to stop you
- Random drivers can challenge you to spontaneous street races
- Fully functioning bus and train systems with scheduled routes

Replying to @sudoingX
Not dumb at all.
System RAM sits on a bus that can tolerate slots and longer traces. VRAM can't. Each GDDR chip hangs off its own dedicated 32-bit channel from the GPU, on short, length-matched copper running at 20+ Gbps per pin. Put a socket in that path and the signal falls apart.
So capacity is set when the chip is designed. A 128-bit GPU has 4 channels, which means 4 chips, and that's your ceiling (doubling the chips per channel is the only trick).
Mechanical analogy: going from a linear rail to a planar stage. Every axis of force needs its own hardwired drive line. You can't share them to save wiring. Same with VRAM: more capacity and bandwidth means more physical copper to the die.
Datacenter cards solve it with HBM: memory stacked right next to the GPU on a silicon interposer, with thousands of wires in a tiny space. Incredible, and incredibly expensive. That's where the big compute blocks went, and consumer cards got squeezed. I recently priced 64 GB of RAM at about $1,100 and a 16 GB card at about $1,700.
