there’s only 2 explanations for this position.
1. head in the sand
or
2. complicit
completely dismissing to possibility that there may be issues in California is not an objectively rational position to take.
especially when the laws in CA have removed safeguards to voter verification.
If the regime truly believed California had an illegal voting problem — no such problem exists — they would have taken this action a long time ago, not as Californians are literally casting votes.
This is all a political stunt to trick people into voting for Prop 39 (which will make it harder for citizens to vote) and to lay groundwork for a coup on January 3 by refusing to seat House Democrats based on bogus “voter fraud” claims.

> JPMorgan Chase and Charles Schwab block agents from accessing accounts
> Yelp requires paid data licensing for agents
> Amazon has blocked Grok bot and other shopping agents.
the internet is starting to block AI agents that were supposed to do everything for us

I’m not sure if this is just me, but I’ve been unable to shake this clip from my mind for the past four days.
I’m still just as shocked as @arrington was to hear that the researcher wasn’t joking when he made that statement…

The team got @evernorthxrp across the finish line today and we all rang the bell at nasdaq. I have a long blog post coming up, but this is a great step forward for the XRP ecosystem and a way for normies to buy XRP exposure without dealing with wallets. Thanks @bgarlinghouse
sounds like T-mobile is making a pitch to be acquired by SpaceX.
an all stock deal would be a huge win for T-mobile shareholders and would smoke AT&T and Verzion in the bargain.

Replying to @trengriffin @ProfMJCleveland
You are correct.
Even the most advanced space-based Internet system is not competitive with fiber or cellular wireless in medium to high population density areas.
However, systems like Starlink are far more efficient for low density areas like rural farmland and moving objects like cars traveling cross-country, aircraft or ships.

We are about to witness one of the biggest disruptions in the history of the telecom and internet industry.
For decades, telecom and internet giants have dominated the industry with limited competition, slow innovation, and increasingly mediocre service.
SpaceX, $SPCX, is about to change that.
This is a clear wake up call to the current giants of the industry.
Evolve or you will be left behind.
the world is only going to weirder as AI unlocks things we can’t even imagine yet.
A week ago, I saw this graph and I couldn't sleep after. I realized that we've covered a huge swath of this investment wise already, so I decided to take this graph backwards and then forward.
Two words appeared in my mind:
MATTER COMPILERS
On Monday, on a random call, I was pitched a company doing just that and we invested. Yesterday they launched in the New York Times.

The world works in mysterious ways and stuff is about to get wildly fantastic.
the soul of the creator always shows up in their design decisions.
Out of nowhere Muse suggests I may want to pay an arborist $1225 , with one click, just because they sent me a proposal
I didn’t ask for ANY of this , I’ve barely used muse, and I’m one button away from sending money …it’s a wild design decision.
Absolutely reckless

Ripple “has emerged as a serious player in providing swap financing to leveraged ETFs”…
Explosive growth of leveraged & highly concentrated ETFs, which rely on swaps for exposure, is bringing new counterparties into the fold.
Like Ripple.
Lucrative business if you’re properly setup to manage it (& its associated risks).
Expect more “alternative” swap counterparties as balance sheets get tapped out on traditional options.
That’s how fast this corner of ETFs is growing.
