The first episode of the finale TMNT 87 season aired September 14th, 1996. This was a mere two days before the first regular airing of the debut of Beast Wars. Also, the episode "Victory" aired one day before the TMNT 87's final episode.

No owner can make a serious case as to how a salary cap benefits baseball because there isn’t one. It’s all about owners’ greed. A cap does nothing for me or you, my team or your team. It increases franchise values. Any owner who implies that ticket prices will go down is lying.

The point here is not the promo. It's more about listening to how he talks about the title. Since he lost it, his business partners are breathing down his neck because there's no market for ex-champions. He's built a lifestyle that requires the title to sustain.

Everyone here acts like that 2011 title didn't happen or at least that getting stomped in the 2024 Finals was better. It's clear Dallas wanted the Mavs to lose in 11 to prove the national claim that SOOPERSTARS win championships, not teams of legit good people.

If you want to know why I am so vocal about this: Dirk's Mavericks winning the championship in 2011 was one of the greatest moments of my life. I still have the championship cap and TWO shirts. Luka Doncic made me not want to be a Mavericks fan anymore.
