Hey @RunAnyway, everything felt heavy today. Woke up w/ a headache, homework anxiety, it was Monday, AND 20 degrees outside. I thot "if I can't run, I shud at least walk the dog". Only went 2.5 miles but managed to run 1 of them! So even on the worst day u gotta #RunAnyway
