Remember when women were asked, what would you do if there weren’t any men for a day? And like 95% of us responded “go for a walk or a run in the dark.”
We’re not asking for a lot. 💔

Today's run made possible by 5 layers of clothes, @humagel, @on_running, @runnrc and a smile. Basically, powered by "yes." #WordOfTheYear #Yes #SmallSteps #BigChange instagram.com/p/CZmpVpVOtCq/…

I understand that this may sound like a pushy sales approach, but honest it is not.
Supply chains are in complete disarray. If you find a pair of shoes that you like, buy 2 NOW. We are being told that it may be 4 months before they are back in stock.

Now, your faithful crew is awaiting @beth_meadows86 at station 9. When she arrives, by she will have crossed the halfway mark! Crew member Randy will then start running with her as pacer. #pinhoti #pinhoti100 🏃🏃🏃

No service at station 7, so no updates! But now we’re at station 9 now, so here’s what you missed! @beth_meadows86 is still crushing it, and we got an extra special visitor: Beth’s dog Gypsy! Who was def more interested in the burgers than the race. #pinhoti #pinhoti100
