I was out today on #redthursday and was repeatedly asked why red Friday is on Thursday, so I wanted to address this. Tomorrow is 9/11 and the @Chiefs, out of respect for all the people we lost 25 years ago, decided not to celebrate the kickoff to the season on one of this country’s most solemn days.Proud of my Chiefs family for their decision!
