Albertans voted on this.
In a UCP referendum.
That we all paid for.
Albertans said no.
The UCP is doing it anyway.
Danielle Smith doesn’t care about democracy, only power. And she will waste so much of our money in a desperate attempt to hold onto it.

Another chilly morning, another 3K run. I keep overdressing because I’m worried the windchill will make it colder so need to figure this out. The moonlight was very bright this morning! #yegvirtualrunningclub 🍂⭐️🌖🏃🏻♀️💪🏼💙 #yegrunning
Feeling really good this morning, the soreness is mostly gone. Looks like it’s going to get cold here soon so I’m not sure how many more runs I’m going to squeeze in this week. #yegvirtualrunningclub 🥰😃🍂👻🏃🏻♀️💪🏼 #yegrunning
Home & back to fall running 🍁. Very slow recovery run today just to get the body moving. I’m actually only a little bit sore from Saturday’s run (will post about that later) and didn’t do the whole 25 mins but it felt good to get moving. #yegvirtualrunningclub ☀️🍂💨🏃🏻♀️💪🏼
Last run before the race on Saturday! In -5 🥶. Tomorrow is a travel day with race package pick up so not sure I’ll be able to get another run in but we’ll see! Feeling anxious but excited and looking forward to warmer weather. #yegvirtualrunningclub ☁️😊🍂⭐️❄️🏃🏻♀️💪🏼 #yegrunning

ALT Graphic featuring a cutout of Connor McDavid on ice. Overlaid in white text reads "Fastest player in NHL history to 20 assists in a single season. Connor McDavid (6-20-26 in 9 GP) required the fewest games in NHL history to reach 20 assists in a single season."

Local woman wakes up, asks Albertans who haven’t voted yet to vote today so we can put this waste of time and money referendum behind us and move forward instead of backward, makes oatmeal.

The Canadian flag will fly at half-mast on federal buildings across Canada.
All Canadians stand with the service members at CFB Wainwright, their families, and their community.
I am heartbroken for everyone affected by this awful tragedy. 💔
It is with profound sadness that we confirm that a fire incident at CFB Wainwright on October 17 resulted in fatalities and injuries. Our immediate priority is supporting those affected and notifying next of kin.
