Humbled to have been a guest on the "Why We Believe" show / podcast, especially when there are so many other guests far more recognized or famous than I will ever be :) youtube.com/watch?v=TzPmhpIT…

Russell Banz followed promptings that made no sense. Read classifieds as a teen. Skipped the job hunt after his MBA. Visited a doctor he didn't need. Each one put him exactly where God needed him. Trust the whisper. #WhyWeBelieve #FollowTheSpirit

This is perfect advice…
I believe the mistake most golfers make is that they try to hit a straight ball. Hogan said hitting it straight was a “fluke”. If you aim up the right side and draw it or vice versa, then you make the fairway as big as possible. If you aim up the middle, you then you cut the fairway in half. This means a shot that draws too much ends up in the rough on the left and a ball that fades too much ends up in the right rough. The game is tough enough, so try to give yourself as much advantage as possible. GP #PXGTroops

One of best explanations of early extension in the golf swing.... #golf #golfswing
Golfers often early extend because they have physical limitations (e.g. limited IR in lead hip) which make it easier to thrust towards the ball, but some golfers early extend because of a misconception of how the pelvis should move in transition.

This is great for loading up…
If you'd like to increase speed & power in your golf swing, try this drill out! This will really have you feel like the trail side is fully loaded, allowing you to push off the trail foot & into the ball. If you do 3-5 of these you will most definitely feel your glutes working 👊

Good stuff…
Squat Tip 🦵🏽 If you struggle with getting your hips down and / or keeping your torso upright try elevating the heels onto a wedge / couple of plates / 2x4 Give it a try in your next session. Yes, “low bar” squats are still good, and some torso lean is OK.

Love it….
If you go around telling yourself and everyone else how bad you are off the tee, or on the greens, do you really think you’ll ever solve that problem? You can adopt a new identity. Won’t solve things overnight, but it’s a step in the right direction.
