It is time to ACT— email Peers and MPs, ask them to support Lord Alton’s amendment to prevent change to the BN(O) 5+1 scheme without parliamentary approval.
Replying to @lukedepulford
This is why @DavidAltonHL amendment to the Borders Bill is so important. It would PREVENT change to the BN(O) scheme without parliamentary approval.

This would be a terrible betrayal of over 230,000 #HongKongers to whom we promised citizenship
@Nigel_Farage, you and I have discussed #HongKong on your @GBNEWS show. I thought you supported their settlement in UK and our responsibility towards them
🇬🇧 must keep its promises
Nigel Farage says Reform UK would abolish 'indefinite leave to remain', which allows migrants to apply for permanent residency in the UK after five years.
Those who already have settled status would have to reapply for a new, stricter visa, which requires a higher salary threshold and better standard of English.
He says it's intended to reverse the so-called 'Boriswave' - the huge rise in legal migration when Boris Johnson was Prime Minister.
Liberal Democrat leader Ed Davy has branded Reform a threat to democracy and British values.

Why do U.K. back to kow-tow to CCP?
So now the Chinese Communist Party is permitted to censor UK children’s text books? What next? Teachers told to remove all mention of the Cultural Revolution, Tibet, Uyghur Genocide & destruction of democracy in Hong Kong…@Keir_Starmer @DavidLammy @ipacglobal Sunday Telegraph:

Agnes Chow has decided never to return to Hong Kong. A hugely difficult decision but one forced on her & 1000 like her by the brutality of the CCP & their destruction of basic liberties. Like many others, Alice Chow will no doubt use her voice in exile for those unable to leave.
Hong Kong activist @chowtingagnes said she is studying in Canada on the condition that she returns to HK regularly to report to police - but she has decided she will never go back.
Her posts told of depression, forced to sign a “letter of repent” & a brainwash trip to China.
