🚨 MILTON FRIEDMAN & THOMAS SOWELL debate two leftists on "Equality" and what role Govt should play, if any (1979, University of Chicago):
"The society that puts equality before Freedom will end up with neither, the society that puts Freedom before equality will end up with a great deal of both".
Do you believe Govt should force equal outcomes or allow Individuals to have Freedom?

CHRISTIANS: Don’t get confused about casting your vote…
Here are 3 things a vote is NOT ❌
RIP Mike Ditka. He certainly was a towering figure in Chicago and beyond. May the souls of the faithfully departed rest in peace.
It’s with a heavy heart that I’m sharing the Ditka family has announced the passing of Mike Ditka this morning.
Da Coach. Hall of Famer. The heartbeat of the ’85 Bears and a Super Bowl champion. Chicago won’t be the same.
Prayers to Diana and the family.
RIP, Coach. 🐻⬇️
Here’s a statement from the family:
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, Mike Ditka. While the world knew Mike as a Hall of Fame football player, legendary coach, and leader of the Chicago Bears’ Super Bowl XX championship team, we knew him as the heart of our family. Mike will be missed beyond measure and remembered forever.
With love and gratitude, The Ditka Family

Appreciate being part of this @InsuranceCollab Pulse of Prevention conversation hosted by @MitchBagley23 with fellow guests @john_schoonbee and Sara Tuttle from @SwissRe. John and Sara have the right focus on metabolic health to prevent cancer and a much broader set of conditions driving disability and high-cost medical claims.

David Morens just pleaded guilty.
Fauci’s senior advisor. The man who sat at his right hand for years.
He used a secret Gmail account to hide official communications from the American people. He destroyed and concealed federal records to evade FOIA. He worked to protect the grants that flowed into Wuhan and the narrative that COVID could not have come from the lab his agency funded.
This was not a clerical error. This was a deliberate cover-up while the country was locked down, censored, injected, and told to “trust the science.”
Careers were destroyed. Early treatments were suppressed. Children lost years of their childhoods. Millions suffered.
We stood on the steps of the Supreme Court in 2020 and told the truth. They censored us. They called us dangerous. They were the ones deleting the evidence.
One guilty plea is not enough. The house of cards is still standing as long as the man at the top remains untouched.
Accountability is not optional. It is the only path back to medicine and a free country.
BREAKING: Dr. FAUCI investigations are underway as more harmful adverse reactions from the COVID vaccine were found to be purposely hidden from the public, while simultaneously gaslighting the public for years, lying to you that it was safe, when it wasn't.
More FAUCI emails and texts expose hIgh-ranking vaccine officials finding that 1st trimester pregnant women were told to AVOID vaccination in initial studies, but the vaccines were pushed anyway.
Dr. FAUCI emails released from Sen. Ron Johnson and Sen. Rand Paul from Dr. Janet Woodcock to Dr. Fauci show that she personally received reports about patients experiencing "hard to classify ADVERSE events," dated May 2021.
No one would take patients seriously, or knew how to treat them, with no effort in the study. Dr. Fauci was not responsive to the information, nor did he warn the public.
Another message from Dr. Fauci to Dr. Vivek Murthy and Dr, Rochelle Walensky show they had "serious concerns" about mRNA COVID shots "theoretically" causing a miscarriage in the 1st trimester.
Dr. Fauci first learned of these dangers to pregnant women from Dr. Mascola, the Dir. of the Vaccine Research Center at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.
Dr. Mascola texted Dr. Fauci on January 25, 2021, stating: "I am corrected on pregnancy studies. Initial studies avoid vaccinations in first trimester due to the possible fever and high rates of miscarriage in 1st trimester."
All of these warnings and findings about adverse reactions to the COVID vaccinations were IGNORED and hidden from the public, while they gaslit you for years.
This should tell you everything you need to know.
Prosecute Dr. Fauci and the rest of them.

NEW FAUCI EMAIL: SYSTEM BLINKING RED
@SenRonJohnson @SenRandPaul
Just months after the COVID-19 vaccine emergency authorization, the Acting FDA Commissioner flagged "adverse events...(from all three of the current vaccines.)
The main complaint is that “no one takes them seriously, no one knows how to treat them, and there is no effort to study this”
"I think it would be worthwhile to do a study and evaluate a cohort of these individuals."
“I doubt the industry would support, for obvious reasons. But my experience is, that if you let a problem fester, then it will come back to bite you later and you are not prepared.”

Important perspective on why Spirit’s challenges weren’t just about fuel or regulation. One-dimensional thinking often hides deeper issues in how we nurture (or neglect) the organizational “soil.”
Leaders who instinctively take a topological approach, strengthening Processes and Connections across Environment, Organization, and People, consistently outperform those chasing single fixes.

I have been following Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong and what he says seems to make sense. At the @InsuranceCollab we have been seeing increasing cancer risk. Could this be the answer?
The World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) and American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR) analysis found 30% to 40% of cancers can be avoided by maintaining a healthy weight, being physically active, and eating a nutrient dense diet. Could it be that these health factors boost the killer T cells to help prevent cancer?
Let me know what you think.
Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong was speaking pretty openly on 2Way’s Cancer Decoded about a long-standing frustration in cancer care. Standard treatments like checkpoint inhibitors, radiation, and chemo can exhaust or destroy your T-cells, the key immune fighters your body needs.
But there’s real movement: late 2024, the FDA approved Anktiva (nogapendekin alfa inbakicept-pmln / N-803), an IL-15 receptor agonist. It works by expanding natural killer (NK) cells and memory CD8+ T-cells to help the immune system target hidden cancer cells more effectively, especially in BCG-unresponsive non-muscle invasive bladder cancer.
He’s advocating for using low-dose traditional therapies in a smarter, immunomodulating way so the body can actually participate in the fight.
This one really got to me. I’ve watched cancer hit people I care about and seen how draining the standard path can be. Hearing someone at his level talk about finally having new tools after 75 years feels like a genuine shift — hopeful, but also a reminder of how slow real change comes in medicine.
Cancer treatment has followed the same heavy playbook for generations. If we can better protect and activate the immune system while treating the disease, it could mean less suffering and better real-world outcomes.
What do you think — are we at the beginning of a smarter era in cancer treatment, or is it still too early to tell?
The organizations that consistently win on talent treat boundaries as a competitive advantage rather than an afterthought. Clear Structure, merit-based talent acquisition, aligned rewards, and consistent nurturing processes don’t just attract strong performers—they actively restrict the entry and retention of poor fits that drain resources and damage culture.
What would shift in your results if your talent boundaries filtered as intentionally as they attract?

After 250 years, the Constitutional Republic has produced major innovation and opportunity. But what happens when clear boundaries around citizenship begin to erode?
In this new article, we examine why strong structural boundaries, much like those in any well-run organization, are essential to protecting citizens and sustaining long-term progress.

Replying to @InsuranceCollab @LifeAnnuitySpec
The nuance in this Life Annuity Specialist piece is worth attention. Periods of elevated mortality, such as during and after the Covid era, often precede temporarily lower overall rates due to selection effects.
Yet this can still mask rising pressures from the specific causes that drive life insurance experience. Industry collaboration, paired with deliberate focus on prevention and resilience at the organizational level, offers practical levers to influence these patterns over time. Grateful for the share.

Elon Musk’s description of Tesla and SpaceX actions cuts through conventional thinking on competition. Open-sourcing patents, making charger technology freely available, and avoiding defensive patent walls represent a clear structural decision: design Systems that invite contribution rather than restrict it.
When Organizations choose openness over enclosure, merit-based innovation accelerates and total Created Value rises for the entire ecosystem. The contrast with companies that build barriers is instructive.
#Humaculture #MeritBasedTalent #Innovation
Elon Musk on how Tesla and SpaceX have helped their competitors:
“Nothing any of my companies have done has been to stifle competition. In fact, we've done the opposite. At Tesla, we have open-sourced our patents. Anyone can use our patents for free. How many companies do you know that have done that? Can you name one? I can't.
At SpaceX, we don't use patents. So I mean, once in a while we'll file a patent just so some patent troll doesn't cause trouble. But we're not stopping, we've done nothing anti-competitive. Some companies have done anti-competitive things.
At Tesla, we have made our Supercharger system open access. We made our charger technology available for free to the other manufacturers. No walled garden. We could have put a wall up, but instead we invited them in.”
FRED just posted another record high in disability numbers.
Key nuance: This is population survey data on ADL/work limitations. Employer STD data tells a different story—143% surge in post-COVID categories offset by a 30% drop in pregnancy claims (normally ~33% of STD). Aggregates mask the real signal.
Time to drill into the layers with biomarkers.
