79 years ago today, 4,414 young men of the Allied forces sacrificed their lives on the beaches of Normandy, France for Freedom. 2,501 of those men were brave Americans — sons, brothers, fathers, and husbands. May we never take for granted the liberty we have today because of sacrifices made upon those beaches.

Anytime we get thick fog in August, we're reminded of the old folklore of 90 days after thick fog expect snow to fly. If you do the math, 90 days out from August 16 is November 14; that’s a Monday. Mid-November seems about right for snow in KELOLAND. bit.ly/3QwCwR5
