In a culture obsessed with early achievement, author Rich Karlgaard isn't so interested in young achievers.
Instead, he looks at those for whom success comes later — in their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond.

I am fascinated by all the on-line shouting now going on abt fears around ACE scoring. Scotland has been drawng on ACE insights for 15 years. It helped us SUCCESSFULLY tackle knife crime. We never talked scoring. We talked relationshps. @karynmccluskey @JohnCarnochan @RobinCogan

@karynmccluskey (& @vruscotland ) success in reducing Glasgow’s knife crime was based in confidence in the power of relationships & community, strengthened by knowledge of trauma & ACES. That’s how Scotland started turning things around, 15 years ago. #connection
