If you’re buying tickets remember to follow the Take Five advice. Beware of “too good to be true” offers/prices and book tickets directly through official sellers who are members of the Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers (STAR), anything else could be a scam.

None of STAR’s employees, including its CEO, has ever worked for one of its members and none has ever worked for a ticket agency. We have a board of directors - the STAR Council - elected from the membership by the membership.
“…of Ticketmaster”? This is completely untrue. None of STAR’s employees have ever been employed by one of its members.
If you have completed a dispute form on our website then we will be handling this under our @CTSI_ADR approved dispute resolution procedure. We are a small and busy team. STAR is not ‘controlled’ by any one of its many members but has an elected board star.org.uk/about/star-counc…
Sharing images of tickets, booking confirmation or barcodes may enable others to replicate the ticket, use it themselves to gain entry, or create fake tickets ❌ Check out our safe ticket buying guide here: star.org.uk/buy_safe
