Honored and grateful to be named First Team All-Region QB as a sophomore in the toughest region and classification in the state!
Thank you to the region coaches who voted for me, my coaches for believing in me and pushing me to get better, and my teammates for going to battle with me every week.

Increase mobility and strength with this banded ankle circuit. 15 reps each 2-3 times a week will keep those ankles healthy.

Tight Hips & Hamstrings!? Try this before bed and first thing in the morning. Hold each position 30 sec and repeat circuit 2-3 times. You can also incorporate it after a workout.
