We offer small group as well as personal training for those athletes that need a customized training plan. Our comprehensive assessment starts with a functional movement screen and muscle testing to address weaknesses, asymmetries, and imbalances. From there we look at the athlete’s goals, sport, and injury history. The athlete then gets a customized program on their phone which tracks their progress and results.
