🚨 THE COMMITTEE TO REVISE THE PENAL CODE? MORE LIKE THE COMMITTEE TO DISMANTLE IT.
CALIFORNIA — SPEAK UP TOMORROW!
California’s Committee on Revision of the Penal Code is considering a letter urging Governor Newsom to issue a BLANKET COMMUTATION OF EVERY DEATH SENTENCE IN CALIFORNIA.
That’s 563 convicted murderers whose death sentences were imposed by juries and judges.
Their justification? Homicide rates are down.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
What on earth do today’s homicide rates have to do with the horrific murders committed by these killers?
NOTHING.
Tell that to the parents who buried their children. The families of murdered police officers. The loved ones of victims who were raped, tortured, kidnapped and slaughtered.
Lower homicide rates don’t erase their crimes. They don’t erase the verdicts. And they certainly don’t erase the victims.
This committee was created to revise California’s Penal Code — not dismantle justice, disregard juries and silence victims.
📢 TOMORROW, OCTOBER 27, AT 1 PM — MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD!
The committee will discuss the proposed blanket commutation and take public comment.

California voters have repeatedly upheld the death penalty. Victims’ families deserve justice, not another bureaucratic assault on finality.

VICTIMS’ VOICES MATTER. THEIR LIVES MATTERED.
"Illegal encampment settled nightly blocking pedestrian sidewalks and access to crosswalk."
12 days ago the city responded to this same area saying:
"7 individuals at CalTrain - Three are currently sheltered - Four others declined detox and shelter - Provided water, hygiene, and dog food."

Vote because this murdered dog cannot. Vote because the person who murdered this dog will never see justice. Vote because the murderer of this dog will be voting. Vote because this is one of countless dogs that are murdered on the streets of Los Angeles. Vote because corrupt non profits will show compassion to this murderer. Vote because it’s the only want to fix this.
Been to there old hovel. Remember the Romanian orphanages full of children because Nicolae’s regime caused severe poverty. Many of those children then contracted HIV from dirty 💉and unscreened blood transfusions. Transfusions were used to treat malnutrition

While Flo Cofer continues to dodge the question on our county’s biggest issue, I’ve been clear: we need to help mentally ill people on the street who can’t take care of themselves. As Supervisor, I’ll ensure that they get the treatment they need, and save lives, money and time.

Every Seattle parent should be outraged at city leaders for allowing homeless drug addicts to conquer another children’s park.
HAPPENING NOW: What an absolute disgrace and public safety crisis unfolding outside Seattle's Dr. Jose Rizal Park.
I watched more than 20 Beacon Hill International Elementary School kids dodge fentanyl foil and homeless drug addicts as they walked home Monday afternoon.
One parent says Seattle Public Schools refuses to provide school buses since they are dealing with a budget crisis.
Meanwhile, less than a week after socialist Mayor Katie Wilson announced her new plan to address homelessness, her streets are covered with service resistant drug addicts because they are all refusing shelter and services.

Someone should make a coalition to stop public death. This subject never crosses anyone’s minds. It’s not good for anyone. Like a war zone. The impact greater than one would think I’m a witness. So are so many of my neighbors. Cruel. And unusual. @GavinNewsom

Was just voting when Michael and Sebastian knocked on my door. They were out for Eric Guerra. We got selfies with my @ElectEricGuerra yard sign and I showed them my ballot.

People will tell you that every on San Francisco streets are from San Francisco and they will try to force you to believe that people on the streets was pushed out onto the streets because high rent. Well I’m going to debunk that myth all week

NEW: Socialist Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson and Downtown Seattle Association CEO Jon Scholes are getting shredded for being tone deaf on the city’s homeless drug crisis.

People are falling through the cracks and not receiving the care they need. This is not sustainable. We will never have resources for prevention if we don’t figure out how to improve mandated care for the mentally ill and drug addicted folks that are on the street.
