Today is a special day because it's Seb Adeniran-Olule’s birthday. He would have been 31 today, except he’s not with us. He’s not on the pitch, where he would have loved to be, side-by-side with his Quins team-mates, packing down in the front row 🖤
Seb died from suicide just over 10 years ago.
Seb’s Foundation was established in 2016, to foster hope & inclusion within rugby clubs and schools & provide training to trusted adults in young people’s lives, to prevent mental health symptoms from going unnoticed.
