SpaceX will allocate up to 5% of its IPO shares to employees and executives’ friends and family, according to an updated filing.
Unlike most IPO investors, participants won’t face lock-up restrictions. Meanwhile, over 60% of shares—including Elon Musk’s—will remain locked after listing.
The company is targeting a valuation of at least $1.8 trillion, with earlier estimates above $2 trillion.

I'm still holding on my $SPCX bag

But that was the first step in the attention cycle with the upcoming @SpaceX IPO
We all know @elonmusk moves memes on ETH. This one fits the bill and the ticker was guessed as early as Nov 2024
On the holders side, many are fearing the top cluster, who owns about 8% of the supply. When you look at that wallet, it's been inactive for more than 500 days, on all EVM chains. Even with the pump to $7m mcap, that wallet has not shown sign of life. So best guess is that these coins are lost. Also, a lot of the other top holders have added to their bags or simply hodled in the past couple days
