there’s a cohort of onchain traders that has not checked in onchain since the last bear market over 4 years ago. the last application these traders used to swap onchain was Uniswap.
meanwhile, Uniswap barely looks different from 4 years ago:
• lacks SVM/EVM x-chain
• no advanced order types
• no PnL reporting or adjustable fee tiers for loyalty
• no revenue mechanics in their $UNI token
• didn’t bother with SVM adoption where significant retail trading happens

The first US county to ever experience a decrease in childhood autism rates has been pinpointed, says economic researcher Toby Rogers, who explains that starting in 2000, parents in Marin County, California began to do something differently.
Rather than blindly following the childhood vaccine schedule of the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the parents got together and decided to defy the CDC due to their concerns about safety and the number of shots on the schedule.
What happened next has left researchers stunned, as Rogers explains.
Cynthia Nevison is the authority on autism prevalence in California.
She found that autism in children born post-2000 to wealthy white and Asian parents in Marin County plateaued and then declined.
To put this in perspective, this has never happened before in the history of autism in the US.
Nevison outlined her findings in a 2020 peer-reviewed study conducted with William Parker and published in the Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders.

The prisoners can’t see the puppeteers, or the puppets, or the fire. What the prisoners see are conjured shadows on the wall. And the prisoners mistake those shadows for life, for reality, for truth.
This old story speaks to us now.
It describes the way the media projects a distorted shadow of reality onto our televisions and computer screens. It describes the way politicians from the two parties distort fellow Americans into black-and-white abstractions and hate-objects.
America, we need to escape this captivity. We need to leave the cave. We can no longer mistake shadows for the truth.
