THIS ISN’T SPED UP!!!! APXP Winter Testing 2025🤯🤯🤯. Flying 30’s w/ 30m run in. Freelap timing. 54 degrees. This is truly world class speed on display💪🏾. This is a great way to both measure, and develop, MaxV (Top speed).
The chart lists the 30m total time ( after the athlete gets a 30m running start). Then each segment 30m-40m, 40m-50m, and 50m-60m has a time listed next to it which tells you how many seconds it took the athlete to cover each of those 10m segments.
This can also be used to determine what your current top end speed says you’re capable of running in the 100m. It doesn’t factor in acceleration( 0-30m) nor speed endurance (80-100m).
