It's an understandable but avoidable loss for the 49ers. Short week and a bunch of injuries. The bye comes at a good time.

And Piñiero missing another extra point has finally caught up. What could have been only a one possession game down the stretch, the 49ers would not have tried to rush that final drive. Maybe they would have tied the game and won the game in overtime. Better fix that up.
