@YouTube and @TeamYouTube I am one again asking for a HUMAN to review my appeal on this matter.
I did not facilitate any "harassment" or "bullying" at any time during the entirety of my video. Other than a declaration of my anger at someone physically abusing an animal, I only called for proper legal action and consequences to be taken against the subject of the video who had committed a criminal offense. I did not incite, suggest, or demand any kind of harassment or bullying against any individual whatsoever.
I am formally requesting another look be taken at my case as I strongly believe this decision was reached in error.
@YouTube and @TeamYouTube I am someone who loves dogs with all of my heart, so when I see and hear about someone coldly and maliciously abusing a dog, yes, I'm going to rhetorically say that they should receive the same cruel treatment that they inflicted upon their dog. Any decent person would make that kind of remark and not actually mean that the individual should be harmed.
That is not "harassment or bullying". It is not me putting out a call for people to go and attack her or "wishing harm upon her". It is a perfectly normal, HUMAN response to hearing about someone abusing an innocent animal. It is a completely understandable expression of anger and frustration, not a call for violence against anyone.
Can you please have a HUMAN review the appeal I submitted to you.

“It (the foul) is on you!” while pointing at Wilson.
That’s it.

Okay, seriously @X, I thought this was supposed to be a "free speech" platform, and yet you're suspending @KitsuneMizuki for 7 days for "violent speech" when nothing she said was in ANY way violent?
How is it that you're going to suspend a user for 7 days for a VERY commonly used expression that has absolutely nothing to do with violence and is literally another way of saying "You get what you deserve,"?
How is it that you are going to suspend a user for utilizing a very common, NON-VIOLENT expression like that, yet you continually allow people on this platform to continually harass users based strictly on their religion? How is it you allow people to post imagery depicting their PFP or avatar inflicting violence and SEXUAL ASSAULT on them? How is it that even after numerous reports of these offenses have been made there has been zero consequence to these people....
and yet you're going to suspend someone's account for using the acronym of "Fuck Around and Find Out" for "Violent Speech"?
@elonmusk you made the claim that this was supposed to be a platform of free speech. Not only have the actions by the moderation AI and team proven this to be completely untrue, but you're allowing certain groups of people to specifically target those of differing ideologies or political opinions for brigade reporting bans and X appears to now be taking one specific side.
So now the question is: What are you going to do about it? Are you going to bring this platform back to the state people praised you for, or are you going to allow it backslide to the state it was in before you acquired it?
