Every month, we see an inflation number released by the Govt of India. But when we look at our own expenses, that number may feel different. I built My Inflation India to estimate inflation using your expenses—with official rates or your own price increases. No login. Try your budget: my-inflation-india.rashialph…

And we are back after a healthy pullback.
Pharma names are taking a good rest.

There are some stocks which I need to move out from my daily swing, positional trades to my family's long term portfolio so that I just monitor their business grwoth Q on Q. This helps me avoid conflict with my daily/weekly trades. Acutaas is one such name. #acutaas

Why do I feel Navine will also pull out something like this? #navinfluor
Absolutely mind-blowing numbers from Acutaas chemicals - This is an earnings machine. Keeps on delivering quarter after quarter with amazing consistency. Even with such a high base, still delivered 40%+ revenue growth and 70%+ PAT growth. Hats off to the management 👏👏👏
There's a new version of this post

I am starting to get back my interest in Macpower CNC fundamentally. It was in my long term portfolio in 2024 when the operational bottlenecks devastated the price action. Now, the company has been back to beteer execution. The strongest point is in the image below post q2FY27. CNC machines are proxy to Indian manufacturing industry. #macpower

I am genuinely surprised by earnings of ICE auto ancillories results even though auto OEMs did not show strong numbers recently. EV ancillories and OEMs were expected to grow anyway.

It is good to see Pharma bouncing back. My portfolio had exposure to these 2 themes mostly - AI/DC and Pharma. I had to reduce some allocation to AI/DC name in Oct due to sentimental changes although I do feel that these corrections are better than a bubble explosion. This will keep the valuations aligned with the underneath fundamental growth. This may help play the theme selectively for a longer time. I am tracking how these 2 themes play out. Lots of good results coming in. Scanning under process to find any new cluster/theme coming up keeping in mind the macros.

Some stocks are back to ATH so fast. To name a few Laurus, KMEW, EBGNG etc.. This is the time to scan the near 52Week high names.

The early bounce is strong but closing above the trendline resistance is key or else we may go back to lower lows. #niftysmallcap100
I am looking for this region to provide a good cushion. Based on my calculations, %of stocks below 200DEMA in this zone seems to be just reaching 9-10 , the same it has been in March 2025 and March 2026. The earnings of the small caps are still being supportive as of now. This is just my hunch. I was already hoping for a short teem bounce told but did not find much. As I still suggest, macro will only get clear post mid term. Market falls the most when there is uncertanity of bad news.Even if something bad happens then, by that time it will already been priced in. Right now we have already priced in that oil will be above 105-110$ for the year and rate hikes will continue around the globe.

No action yet. I tried some Intra trades in ITBees and PCJ. Didn't find the upmove sustainable and exited at mere profit. Overall we seem to have a Day 1 kind of bounce in smallcap but can fizzle out by EOD. Overall we are not of the woods yet. When the markets are showing a slow grind down, we do not need to be aggressive in averaging or topping up. No need to just sit with 100% cash till you get confirmation. Study businesses with great Q2 results, determine their sustainability, PEAD can always catch up later.
10% cash with me. The moment I deploy 1% the smallcap index falls by 1%. Situational Awareness is telling that the short term bounce is here around but I prefer keeping my last tranche for etiher longer term oversold region or the first instance of higher high.

xitter.cf/TedHZhang/status/21144… There is a high chance FED may not even cut rates this time
Yields dropping , oil rising , US CPI may stay elevated, risk of inflation, though FED may not cut rates indicating slowdown in US economy. This can be a possible scenario which market is trying to price today.

The only chart I will ever hate going long on
Uh oh! Has so far followed the path I was afraid of.. will get truly scary if the price action keeps tightening in this range of higher lows! 🥶 We're a nation that imports nearly 90% of its crude and a breakout in crude prices definitely wouldn't help our case..

Trump loosing the midterm may be sentimentally more negative in the short term
An important correlation broke this week. Higher oil prices…led to falling gold and falling bitcoin but they also led to lower U.S. treasuries instead of rising long bond yields. Why? @LukeGromen has explained it very well in this week FFTT

The faster the panic is created , the better it is for the market to get a reset.
