We have cleared the first hurdle in the bear hunt lawsuit! The court is allowing our emergent motion to move forward and the hunt will not be allowed to proceed while the court is deciding the motion. #saveNJbears

Natural selection means the very best of a species go on to breed and share their genes. American bear hunters do the opposite: All they care about is killing the best "Record Book' bears. They are wiping out thousands of the finest bears at a time of global mass extinction.
