If I’m reading this right, the Feds are introducing mortgage insurance for new buildings of 5-50 units with up to 90% LTV and 50-year amortizations, without the Everything Bagel Liberalism points required by MLI Select for accessibility, affordability, and energy efficiency. We don’t yet know where insurance premiums or lending rates will come in, but this is good. canada.ca/en/department-fina…
