The biggest threat the whole lawsuit situation brought is that from a community sentiment standpoint and the council engagement, hedera-hashgraph:native feels like the final days of EOS before it was forked due to Block One’s mismanagement.
Is Hiero the next Antelope Protocol?
I don’t think so due to some ongoing positive developments but one asks the following questions:
1) What’s the incentive for the sued Hashgraph orgs to help the price appreciation of HBAR if they no longer sell it due to the lawsuit?
2) What happens if they choose to no longer support the ecosystem or create their own version of Hiero given they own the Hashgraph trademark?
3) What happens to all of the engagements THA and THG have contracted such as IDTrust with IBM?
Many questions have come up that make investors extremely uncertain and I demand that you publicly explain the situation to us.
We are the ones who have paid the $52 Million with our holdings losing their value as they were dumped by these entities. $400M + before with THF.
Now we have to bear the financial consequences and risk of the outfall of this management one more time?
Answers. Now. No corporate word salad, a clear vision forward.

Another Australian man has sadly become victim to modern Australia.
This time, a tradie father of 3 children, his name was Joshua Smith.
He was stabbed to death in a Mount Druitt park on Friday night while making his way to the train station after work.
The man stopped to speak with people he knew before being chased down and stabbed twice.
A 13 year old boy, who was on bail at the time, and a 16 year old boy have been charged with murder.
