In Minnesota they have raised their lot rents because massive amounts of illegal aliens were given mobile homes by Catholic charities, and then the state gave them all section 8 housing. So the elderly people that already out right owned their homes are now paying massive amounts for lot rent or losing their homes

This would be great but you need properties set up and most mobile home parks are charging a fortune now and the mobile home costs are also skyrocketing. Add in the high and I mean high electricity bill and gas costs its ridiculous.
